As much at I prefer to heal you pain free sometimes knots occur in the most unusual places and its necessary to go deep to the root of the muscle as well as to treat the surrounding ones in order to resolve any chronic or returning pains. It is typical to feel sore or stiff 24-48 hours after the treatment but it is just indication that we reached the root and the results after speak for themselves.
